This floor is a space where memories can be made and fun can be shared by all. Accessing this space requires exiting the main house via the breezeway and then entering each room.

ELEVATOR

There is an elevator accessed on the east side ground level that exits onto the 2nd and 3rd floor porches. It can be finicky and requires sequential instructions and patience and guests often don't shut the two doors fully, causing the elevator to freeze. As this is a user error, we hesitate to guarantee its use and will have to charge the renters a $150 fee should support be required.

Events are welcomed at Breezeway ONLY if a guest has received prior permission from the homeowner and host. Unauthorized large group gatherings and/or parties are strictly prohibited. Guests who break this rule will be asked to leave IMMEDIATELY, and a refund will not be issued.

In the instance an event is approved, the following rules apply:

All vendors must be bonded.
A $550 event fee will be charged separately after booking.
An additional $250 cleaning fee will be charged separately after booking.

If you are bringing a pet, it is our pleasure to welcome your furry friend to the beach. There is a $200 pet fee. We allow two (2) pets max, non-aggressive breeds, dogs only (no cats), 60 lbs max weight per dog.

Please provide a photo of your pet(s).
Pets must be current on vaccines and flea meds.
NO PETS ALLOWED ON FURNITURE!!
Pets CANNOT BE LEFT UNSUPERVISED/ALONE in the yard or inside the home.
Pets MUST BE CRATED when the pet owner is not present.
Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pet. Place all pet waste bags in the trash can outside.
Guests will be held accountable for their pet, and any DAMAGES to the property will be charged to the guest.
