2025 6 Passenger Golf Cart (street legal, up to 25 mph) is included with your stay. Enjoy driving the golf cart to the neighborhood private beach access, the sound side pier and water access, and many other local restaurants, shops, and attractions.

• A signed Liability and Waiver Agreement is REQUIRED to have access to the golf cart for your stay.

• You must be 25 years of age to operate the golf cart as well as sign a liability and waiver agreement, provide drivers license, and insurance information. This is REQUIRED.

• Only the individual(s) who sign the liability and waiver agreement and also provide drivers license and insurance information are eligible to operate the golf cart. No exceptions.

• There are two settings: “D” a standard drive setting that goes 15 mph, and “S” for ‘Street’ which goes up to 25 mph.

• Rules are provided as well as directions and operating instructions.

• Failure to adhere to the rules and obligations laid out in the Golf Cart Liability and Waiver Agreement, may result in termination of rental lease.

• $100 fee for missing golf cart key card. You MUST return the key to the safe and lock it prior to departure.

It is our pleasure to welcome your furry friend to the coast.

• $150 pet fee

• Dogs ONLY (no cats)

• Two (2) dogs max, under 80 lbs. max combined total weight

• Non-aggressive breeds only (Pit Bull, Doberman Pinscher, Rottweiler, and German Shepherd breeds are not allowed)

• Pets must be current on vaccines and flea meds.

• NO PETS ALLOWED ON FURNITURE!!

• Pets CANNOT BE LEFT UNSUPERVISED inside the home.

• Pets MUST BE CRATED when the pet owner is not present.

• Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pet. Place all pet waste bags in the trash

• can outside.

• Guests will be held accountable for their pet, and any DAMAGES to the property will be charged to the guest.
