Located in an oceanfront community with over 600 ft of direct oceanfront shoreline, your private beach access is only steps away. The community saltwater pool with sun loungers and the covered gazebo with oceanfront seating atop the dunes make for the perfect beach vacation!
The Condo

Your second-floor room is on the side of the building, on the corner of the building, conveniently located near the stairs.
From the wraparound shared deck, you have an expansive ocean view where you can regularly see dolphins swimming by. On a clear day, you can see Shackleford Island where the descendants of the wild Spanish mustangs roam and the Cape Lookout Lighthouse off in the distance.
Fun Fact: Atlantic Beach is located on a southward-facing island which, depending on the time of year, gives you the opportunity to see the sunrise and sunset over the ocean!

Pet Policy:
$100 pet fee
Dogs ONLY (no cats)
1 dog max, under 50 lbs.
Non-aggressive breeds only (Pit Bull, Doberman Pinscher, Rottweiler, and German Shepherd breeds are not allowed)
Pets must be current on vaccines and flea meds.
NO pets allowed on the furniture.
Pets cannot be left unsupervised and must be crated when the pet owner is not inside the condo.
Pets must be leashed at all times when outside.
NO pets allowed inside the fenced-in pool area.
Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pet. Place all pet waste bags in the trash cans outside.
Guests will be held accountable for their pet, and any damages or excessive cleaning will be charged to the guest.
The Property
Your Atlantic Beach oceanside suite is located in an oceanfront condominium community with over 600 ft of direct oceanfront shoreline. There are two direct, private beach access pathways, each with its own covered gazebo with seating, and a saltwater pool alongside the dunes.
All amenities are private to the community. Take in the expansive oceanfront view on the shared wraparound deck, enjoy the ocean breeze in the gazebo atop the dunes, grill out and relax at the picnic tables, enjoy the outdoor pool, or walk to the beach that is just steps away.

Each reservation is given ONE parking pass. An additional pass is available for a fee for a max of two parking passes total.
Boats/boat trailers are not allowed in the parking lot.
NO smoking and NO vaping inside the unit or anywhere at the complex.
You can walk down the beach to the nearby public pedestrian pier and grab a bite to eat oceanfront on the pier at Molly's Beachside Bar & Grill. You can also walk across the street to Dairy Queen, Beach Burgers, On the Rocks Restaurant and Bar, The Wheelhouse Taproom, and Kitty Hawk Kites Gift Shop.
Food Lion grocery store is 1 mile down the road, and you can walk to the Dollar General and a convenience store.
Within a 5 min drive is the NC Aquarium, Fort Macon State Park, Atlantic Beach Town Park, Idle Hour Biergarten, Amos Mosquitos Restaurant, Oceanana Fishing Pier and Pier House Restaurant, and the Atlantic Beach Circle and all of the surf shops and restaurants.
