From the wraparound shared deck, you have an expansive ocean view where you can regularly see dolphins swimming by. On a clear day, you can see Shackleford Island where the descendants of the wild Spanish mustangs roam and the Cape Lookout Lighthouse off in the distance.

Fun Fact: Atlantic Beach is located on a southward-facing island which, depending on the time of year, gives you the opportunity to see the sunrise and sunset over the ocean!

WHAT TO BRING

• Beach towels

• Additional beach chairs (if more than two are needed)

• Beach umbrella/shade (A Shibumi Shade works great!)

• Don’t forget your sunscreen!

• Food, drinks, condiments, additional spices and coffee, charcoal (There is a Dollar General across the street and a Food Lion down the street.)

Pet Policy:

• $100 pet fee

• Dogs ONLY (no cats)

• 1 dog max, under 50 lbs.

• Non-aggressive breeds only (Pit Bull, Doberman Pinscher, Rottweiler, and German Shepherd breeds are not allowed)

• Pets must be current on vaccines and flea meds.

• NO pets allowed on the furniture.

• Pets cannot be left unsupervised and must be crated when the pet owner is not inside the condo.

• Pets must be leashed at all times when outside.

• NO pets allowed inside the fenced-in pool area.

• Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pet. Place all pet waste bags in the trash cans outside.

• Guests will be held accountable for their pet, and any damages or excessive cleaning will be charged to the guest.
