HOT TUB

There is a one-time $100 additional fee per reservation to use the hot tub. This covers the hot tub service and maintenance. If you wish to use the hot tub during your stay, you must let us know AS SOON AS YOU BOOK, so we can send you the fee request. Once paid, we’ll send you the instructions and key code for the hot tub. The hot tub remains locked at all times for safety reasons.

• $150 pet fee

• Dogs ONLY (no cats)

• Two (2) dogs max

• Non-aggressive breeds only (Pit Bull, Doberman Pinscher, Rottweiler, and German Shepherd breeds are not allowed)

• Pets must be current on vaccines and flea meds.

• NO PETS ALLOWED ON FURNITURE

• Pets CANNOT BE LEFT UNSUPERVISED and must be crated when the pet owner is not present.

• Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pet. Place all pet waste bags in the trash can outside.

• Guests will be held accountable for their pet, and any DAMAGES to the property will be charged to the guest.
